Do I need to book a consultation for acupuncture?
If you have a chronic condition for over a year, or you have more than 3 health concerns. Booking for a consultation would be more beneficial for you.
Do I choose acupuncture or herbs?
Acupuncture and herbs work differently; please contact me and let me know more details.
How often shall I have acupuncture?
I suggest starting with twice-weekly sessions for the first week to establish improvement. Then reduce to weekly sessions once symptoms stabilize. Transition to tune-up mode with sessions every 2-3 weeks once symptoms are controlled, and maintain at least one monthly session.
Duration: Expect 5-6 sessions for basic cases, and over 10 for chronic conditions.
